Damon has been in the residential and commercial remodeling industry for over 28 years, and started A-1 Design and Remodeling in 2004. His extensive design experience and knowledge regarding all aspects and all phases of a remodeling project is what sets him apart from other bath and kitchen remodeling contractors.

Whether you have a design idea in mind, or you need assistance, Damon enjoys listening to the client’s desires and then blends it with his own creative thinking to design a personal remodeling experience for his client. To Damon, every design should represent perfect harmony between creativity and quality. He understands the complexities of our industry, and confidently leads his clients through every phase of the remodeling process.

Simon is the foreman of our crew with 18 years of experience in the remodeling business. He is there to ensure optimum efficiency within the team and to make sure you, our customer, are having the best experience we know how to provide. Simon's areas of expertise are creative design and color, tile installation, interior painting and Kerdi installation.

Jerman brings to the table 20 years of remodeling experience with mastery level sheetrock and texturing skills. His other areas of expertise include carpentry, tile installation, interior painting and plumbing.

Denis has 18 years of experience in masonry construction using brick and building stone such as marble and granite. His remodeling skills also include application of decorative stucco, tile installation, interior painting, Kerdi installation and plumbing.

Eddy has 13 years of remodeling experience with mastery level skills in carpentry/cabinetmaking. He also adds to our team his electrical installation expertise, interior painting and tile installation.
